Adult Volunteer Background Check Info

For adult volunteers:

If you are not on the list, you NEED a background check before working with the players.  You can get one here:  https://www.ebiinc.com/aacounty

Please forward the receipt email to [email protected]

CAC will reimburse you for the cost of the background check once you forward the receipt.

Additionally, all COUNTY basketball coaches need to have attended an Anne Arundel County coaches certification clinic at least once in the past 3 years.  After the 3 clinic, you will be at the “gold” level and don’t need to attend any more.  More information can be found here:

Anne Arundel County will NOT let you coach if you have a) coached before and b) not attended the coaches certification clinic within the past 3 years.

NOTE:  Intramural coaches do NOT need to attend the coaches clinic, but DO need to have a background check before interacting with players.
